Mr. Spalding graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He was a member of the UCLA football team from 1992 to 1994. Mr. Spalding attended Loyola Law School where he served as an Editor on the International Comparative Law Review and was Captain of the William C. Vis International Moot Arbitration Team. Following his graduation from law school in 2000, Mr. Spalding served four years in the United States Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate and Series Commander. During that time, then Captain Spalding worked as a Criminal Prosecutor and as a Legal Assistance Officer handling hundreds of civil law cases, primarily in the area of family law. Mr. Spalding has practiced family law in a law firm setting since 2005, assisting clients in all areas of family law, including support issues, custody issues, and complex property issues. Mr. Spalding was voted a "Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Star" for 2009 (for attorneys 40 years old and under). |
