Brot & Gross, LLP was formed in January 2005 by founding partners Ronald F. Brot and Mark P. Gross who combined decades of experience and expertise from their own family law practices in the San Fernando Valley. Since then, the Firm named two additional partners, Shelley L. Albaum and Craig Pedersen. The Firm is also comprised of highly competent and accomplished associate attorneys, and Brot & Gross has achieved two of the goals of the Firm's founding partners: to fill a void in the San Fernando Valley for a full-service family law firm, and to meet the needs of an extensive and expanding client base throughout Southern California. |

The Firm provides effective representation in all types of family law matters, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, child custody disputes (including "move-away" litigation), property and business valuation, child and spousal support, complex issues and high conflict cases. The Firm's attorneys are known for their tenacious courtroom advocacy, led by the Firm’s senior litigation partner, Ronald F. Brot, who has over three decades of trial and appellate experience. Known and respected by judicial officers before whom the attorneys have appeared, Brot & Gross, LLP effectively serves the interests of its clients in contested court proceedings. The Firm also represents its clients through skilled negotiation, whether the settlement is negotiated directly with the opposing counsel, or in the context of a complex settlement mediation. |
